The Credit Guarantee Fund, a live system designed for the country’s needs, renewed and redeveloped along with the emerging new requirements of the time: KOBIT
KOBIT (Bail Approval Information Technologies)
Credit Guarantee Fund (KGF) is a joint stock company comprising of 29 public and private banks as partners including TOBB (Turkish Union of Chambers and Commodity Exchanges) and KOSGEB (Small and Medium Enterprises Development Organization); it stands out for businesses that cannot get loans due to lack of guarantees and thus enables them to receive bank credits. KGF is of crucial importance for both KOBIs (Small and Medium Sized Enterprises) and Turkish Finance Sector. Not only KGF is an important tool in the execution of the state’s financial policies but it also provides data during the determination of such policies.
KGF was specially designed and developed to solve financial inclusion and cash flow related problems, to take part in credit risks sharing phase, to determine what impact do current policies changes have on the market and to directly provide necessary support; its role is therefore highly important for businesses, financial institutions and administrative power. KGF carries out all of its processes through the KOBİT system created by USTA.
KOBIT is a system at universal standards consisting of highly secured, checkable, traceable, embedded and fully integrated modules.
